Terms of Use of Accounts for Online Services (Example Agreement)

1. Introduction

1.1. This agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is a legal document that establishes the terms of use of accounts for online services that the store sells.

1.2. The User who purchases an account agrees to the terms of this Agreement. If the user does not agree with the terms, he must immediately stop using the account and contact the store for a refund.

2. Use of Accounts

2.1. The accounts that the store sells are personal and cannot be transferred to other users.

2.2. The User undertakes not to use the account for any illegal purposes.

2.3. The User does not have the right to resell the account to third parties.

2.4. The User does not have the right to change the personal information of the account without the consent of the store.

3. Obligations of the store

3.1. The store guarantees that the account will work for 30 days from the date of purchase.

3.2. If the account stopped working before the expiration of 30 days, the user can contact the store for a replacement account or a refund.

4. Obligations of the client

4.1. The Client undertakes to check the purchased account within 30 minutes from the moment of purchase.

4.2. If the client finds shortcomings in the account during this period, he can contact the store for a replacement account or a refund.

4.3. If the client does not find any flaws in the account within 30 minutes, then he confirms that the account works correctly and fully meets his requirements.
