Please read all warranty and replacement terms before purchasing.
Warranty
- Facebook Accounts: 30 minutes warranty.
- Business Managers (BM): 24 hours (1 day) warranty.
- Please report any issue within the warranty period.
Replacement Policy
- Replacement only.
- No refunds after delivery.
Important Rules
- Buy only the quantity you plan to use soon.
- Do not check accounts using public account checkers.
- Always use high-quality residential or private proxies.
- We do not provide tutorials or support for Facebook usage. Purchase only if you know how to use the product.
- Record a full login video during your first login. Video proof is required for replacement claims.
Not Eligible for Replacement
- Account or BM becomes blocked after you make changes.
- Email included with the account becomes blocked.
- Account gets restricted after adding a payment card.
- Advertising restrictions appear (unless stated as cleared).
- Account is blocked after creating a Facebook Page or Business Manager.
- You create a Business Manager from the purchased account.
- Facebook limits Business Manager features after linking.
- Token login does not immediately display an Ad Account (usually appears after opening Ads Manager).
